Viacheslav Ostrovsky is a programmer engineer, M.Sc. degree in electronics from the Aircraft Engineering Institute of St. Petersburg. He is currently working at the Institute of Agricultural Engineering of ARO, Israel. He is specialist in software engineering. He is involved in projects are using spectrographic methods of research and digital image processing. He implements the decision support system into a software package.
